When will my order be shipped?

Once an order is placed, in most circumstances, orders are shipped out the same day with or without payment, provided we can process the order by 2:00 p.m. CST and the items are in stock. Otherwise, materials ship the next business day. Shipping with or without payment applies to K-12, District, Amateur and Professional organizations. Personal accounts require payment at the time the order is placed. Orders with music can sometimes take an additional day to process. 

Orders received during the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the next business day.
