I ordered a logo pack on the website, but the status says pending and I am unable to download it. What should I do?

Logo packs must be paid for before they can be downloaded. After payment is received, you will be able to download the logo pack from the “My Downloadable Products” section of your online account.

PLEASE NOTE: logo packs ordered using a purchase order (PO) will download only after payment via check, credit card or wire transfer has been received.
