Synopsis
In this rock musical, the year is 1972. The place is Pittsburgh, where legendary baseball player Roberto Clemente is at the top of his game. Sam Kowalski and the neighborhood baseball-playing kids are in an intense competition to win the chance to meet Clemente in person. But when their hero helps natural disaster victims in Nicaragua, his fateful off-field actions teach the kids about what is more important than winning. World premiere at Imagination Stage.
