Synopsis

The story begins with two spirited spinster sisters who conceal their poverty by explaining that they have to save their money to buy a high-speed Porsche. A niece doing a project for a sociology course appears with a blind and retarded child whom she has to leave with the sisters for a few days. Unlike the others who have dealt with the boy, the sisters have no blindspot concerning his condition and they make contact with the person behind the problem. It's a thrilling development but, unfortunately, they must deal with the blindspot in others.

Customer Reviews

"We like the sad, but realistic ending in this play. As always, Nancy Gilsenan's characters are wonderful and heartwarming in "Blindspot.""
