God creates fem in Her own image and then She decides fem needs a playmate, and so She creates male-fem. This witty satire has fun with the roles and attitudes of men (male-fems) and women (fems). Adam's Apple is a lively, hilarious jaunt through an inverted world. Adam, our poor protagonist, must learn his place in this society through three arenas of life: the Sunday School classroom, the dating game and finally, in desperation, on the couch of Seglinda Freud. But the show's humor is pointed; it is as hard-hitting on the timely issue of men's and women's roles as it is universally entertaining.

The play forced the cast and students who saw it to consider relationships between men and women. Easily produced. Stretches the actors to try different stereotypical parts.
