Laura King is an award-winning playwright, as well as a dramaturg and director,
who holds an MFA in playwriting from Hollins University and a master’s degree in
English from Northwestern University. King is a literary associate with
YouthPLAYS and has previously served as the chair of the SETC Publications
Committee and the SETC Playwriting Committee. She is a proud member of the
Dramatists Guild.
