Eleanor Davitt was born in England in 1995, but her parents emigrated to Ontario, Canada, just before her second birthday. She comes from a family of book lovers (her mother is a published author) and she reads a lot. Txt U Later, which Davitt co-wrote, is her first play and her first published work. She appeared in her school's production in the role of the guidance counselor. She has written stories based on animal shows and has made music videos using stills from the shows. She hopes to continue writing as she enters high school.
