Diane Ney's stage plays have been produced in regional theaters nationwide, and she has had numerous radio plays produced by the BBC. Four of her plays have been published, and three have won awards, including the Kesselring Award for The Jeremiah. One of her plays, Great Hunger, was nominated for a Helen Hayes Award for Best New Play. Ney is a recipient of a Ludwig Volgelstein Foundation grant and was a participant in the Sundance Institute's Playwrights Round Table. She is also the author of several travels guides published by Barnes & Noble and a guide to the stained-glass windows of Washington National Cathedral. She currently resides in Washington, D.C.
