Dale Dunn is co-artistic director of Just Say It Theater with Lynn Goodwin. She has taught playwriting and production to students at New Mexico School for the Arts, Santa Fe University of Art and Design and the Santa Fe Indian School, producing their collaborative new works for the stage, including Women’s Voices: The Choices We Make; Left to Our Own Devices: Staying Connected in the Digital Age and Borders: Crossing the Line. As a playwright, Dunn’s titles include The Big Heartless (Relative Theatrics and Just Say It Theater), Body Burden (The Adobe Theater), Driving While Innocent (First Stage, Los Angeles), Our Place (Women’s Voices Theater Festival), Parakeet Love (FUSION’s The Seven), Sworn to Water (THEATERWORK and Just Say It Theater), Armed and Dangerous, Gun Play (FUSION’s The Seven, Samuel French Off Off Broadway Festival) and Smiling in Place (Play At Home series). Dunn received her bachelor’s degree from Barnard College and her MFA in playwriting from Columbia University School of the Arts. She is a member of the Dramatists Guild.
