Synopsis
A group of college girls are working as guest editors for the June issue of a New York fashion magazine. Every June, the editor-in-chief of Debutante and her staff welcome the prize winners of the guest editor contest from colleges all over the country. This year, they find the girls wackier and more wonderful than ever. They include Jennifer, deeply anxious to prove herself and be retained on the regular staff; a chic girl who finds New York "luxury-ish"; the Southern belle whose gold digging is expert; and the "writer" who is determined to have her avant-garde novel, Guts, published. Truly funny situations sparked by witty lines created by one of Broadway's best comedy writers make this a high and happy evening.
