Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Dramatic Publishing has a No Return policy for purchased products. All sales are final and no returns are accepted.
If a performance is cancelled after royalty fees have already been paid, you are eligible for a refund of the paid royalties. Please send the following information to Customer Service in writing (mail or email).
- Invoice number
- Title of the play or musical
- Number of scheduled and cancelled performances
- Performance dates
- Reason for cancellation
