One dozen folk and fairy tales. By Shirley Pugh. Cast: 3m., 3w., or up to 62 (30m., 32w.) with roles distributed. Here is a collection of little-known folk and fairy tales, dramatized with artful simplicity for production in the story-theatre style. This is a series of 12 relatively obscure old tales that offer the producer a wide variety of material, allowing him a generous choice to comprise a full-length entertainment. Each play may be used singularly, in which case royalty may be adjusted, upon application. Unit set. Basic costumes. Approximate running time: 80 minutes. Plays can be performed individually or in a combination with an approximate running time of 5 to 10 minutes each.
