The King Who Loved Lollipops
The King Who Loved Lollipops
By Lila B Cohen. Freely drawn from "Rumpelstiltskin."

Cast: 3m., 3w. (19 extras. Doubling possible.) Here's the engaging story of a king with a passion for chocolate-covered, coconut-coated, peanut butter lollipops! Unfortunately, no one can make them. So the king decides to look for himself. A peasant woman with a beautiful daughter decides the king is a bit dotty and says her daughter is fantastic with lollipops. And so the daughter becomes queen. Unfortunately, she can't make the lollipops either. The only person who can is a gnome whose "price" is the queen's first child! Simplified int. and ext. sets. Approximate Running Time: 35 minutes.
