Kiddledywinks!
Musical. Book and lyrics by Joseph Robinette. Music by Karl Jurman.

Cast: 4m., 3w. (extras if desired.) This sparkling musical revue traces the events of a day in the lives of seven kids, revealing their joys, wishes, dreams and disappointments. In a series of vignettes, songs and dances, the show charmingly weaves together the thoughts—both humorous and serious—of the youngsters on such subjects as adoption, friendship, shyness, the need to be like others and the pain of being different. The musical's many delightful episodes include the dreaded awakening hour of 7 a.m., the ever-present playground bully, the unprepared class assignment, the school play, and the long awaited pen-pal letter. This play can be done by children or adults. Area staging. Audition tape available.
