Dramatic Publishing's perusal policy allows customers to view a score before making the costly decision to purchase a cast quantity of scripts. This is our perusal policy: One perusal copy of the piano-conductor score may be examined, free of charge (except shipping and handling) for 10 days (not including transit time). Any perusal score not returned by the due date stated on your invoice will be subject to a late fee. It is our primary goal to have all material returned in a timely manner so that it can become available for other productions. If you choose to keep the perusal score for production, several details must be addressed: 1. The date of your production must be within the 10-week rental period. 2. Send a security deposit by check, money order, Visa or MasterCard. 3. Let us know that you are keeping the perusal score for your production. 4. Order your cast set of scripts. 5. Confirm your rental package. 6. Make sure your Royalty Application (if you aren't pre-quoted) is emailed, faxed or mailed to Dramatic Publishing. Provided that the rights are available and we have no questions about your application, you will be notified by mail with either a quote (a cast set of scripts has not been obtained) or a license (cast set of scripts is in your possession). If approval cannot be granted, we will contact you by phone and work with you to meet your needs.
Royalty and rental fees are due 10 days prior to your first performance.
After you production is over: 1. Return all rental materials via insured method. 2. Include a copy of the packing slip or invoice—especially if returning the materials from an alternate address. 3. Any rental package not returned by the due date stated on your invoice will be subject to late fees.
