Molly Hersage received her master's degree from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and her bachelor's degree from Scripps College in Claremont, Calif. She has collaborated on both screen and stage plays with Nancy Gilsenan Hersage. As a playwright, she has had productions of her work in New York; Washington, D.C.; San Francisco; and Wichita, Kan. She is the winner of four national playwriting awards, including the Princeton University Short Play Contest. Hersage has also won four contests for short fiction. She has appeared as an actress in more than 15 stage productions.
