Jonathan Graham’s work has been performed from New York City to Cedar City, Utah, and from Victoria, British Columbia, to Victoria, Texas. Plays include The Boy Who Loved Monsters and the Girl Who Loved Peas (Childsplay Theatre Company, Tempe, Ariz.; Metro Theater Company, St. Louis; and Pollyanna Theatre Company, Austin, Texas), Irrational Exuberance (Bloomington Playwrights Project, Bloomington, Ind.), The Thing in Grandma's Closet (Pollyanna Theatre Company), A Squirrel Boy, A Robot Cat, But Also Parents (Theatre 33, Salem, Ore.) and A Love Song for Oboe Concertina (Oregon Contemporary Theatre, Eugene, Ore.). He has developed plays through readings at such venues as Chicago Dramatists Workshop, Childsplay Theatre Company, Great Plains Theatre Conference (Omaha, Neb.), Mill Mountain Theatre (Roanoke, Va.), Theatre J (Washington, D.C.) and Utah Shakespeare Festival (Cedar City, Utah). His published plays are available from Dramatic Publishing Company; Playscripts, Inc.; and Heartland Plays. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Beloit College and his MFA at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. With his wife, writer and performer Jennie Kiffmeyer, he has a son, Ben, and a daughter, Lizzy.
