Each year Dramatic Publishing presents
a $2,500 scholarship to a graduating senior theatre arts
student or students at Woodstock High School in Woodstock,
Ill. This year, the scholarship was awarded to Heather
Marvin and Brad Lohmeyer. “Both are great kids and hard
workers” said drama director Anthony Casalino. “Heather
was my house manager for almost every show for two years,
and Brad's been in a ton of shows, often filling in for
someone at the last minute.” This year Heather played
Laura in The Glass Menagerie and Brad played Captain
Keller in The Miracle Worker. Heather will attend the
University of Toledo, Ohio, in the fall for a combined
degree in deaf education and theatre education. Brad
will attend the University of Illinois and major in music
education. Congratulations and good luck to Heather and
Brad.
