To date, Vin Morreale, Jr. has written for stage, print, radio, television and film. He has written 37 plays, which have received more than 700 productions across the United States and Canada. His book, Burning Up the Stage: Monologues, Short Scenes and Audition Pieces for Actors From Six to Seventy, is used by actors, drama teachers and theaters nationwide. He is a member of the Cherokee Roundtable Writer's Group, as well as a founding member of the San Francisco Playwrights' Center and the Senseless Bickering Comedy Theatre. Morreale is also an award-winning documentary producer, whose work includes The PGA's Complete History of Golf, Altered Visions and The Louisville Ballet's "Cinderella." As an actor, Morreale has appeared in numerous commercials, independent films and videos, as well as on stages from Boston to San Francisco. He continues to teach acting and scriptwriting from elementary school through college level.
