David Allan Dodson spent 20 years in the Atlanta film and video industry before turning to dramatic arts full time in 2002. As a writer/producer/director in corporate communication, he won dozens of awards while developing programs for some of the Southeast's top companies and wrote for several Atlanta dignitaries. In his current job as drama director at a Roswell, Ga., high school, he has directed dozens of plays and worked with young people of all ages. Writing awards include Best Novel at the Sandhills Writer's Conference. He is proud to call himself a professional playwright after many years developing his craft.
