John Higgins has been involved in writing, directing and acting for almost 30 years. He has written over 100 songs and It's a Wonderful Life is his fourth musical collaboration with James W. Rodgers. Previous projects include A Christmas Carol, Oh! Henry! and That's Life!, an original musical written by Higgins and directed by Rodgers. A Presbyterian minister by profession, Higgins also has a master's degree in theatre from the University of Kentucky. A native New Yorker, he now lives in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife, Paula, and their children, Jeremy and Emily.
